Rebecca Love is a nurse executive, entrepreneur, and a leading voice in nursing innovation. She has been featured on TED.com and has participated as a nurse panelist at SXSW. Her work has been featured in BBC, Fortune, Forbes, Axios, STAT, Becker’s Hospital Review, ABC News, and Chief Healthcare Executive. She is also a regular contributor to the Forbes Business Council.

Love helped advance the field of nurse innovation and entrepreneurship as director of nurse innovation and entrepreneurship at Northeastern University’s School of Nursing. There, she founded the Nurse Hackathon, a movement aimed at driving transformational change across the nursing profession. In 2019, she co-founded SONSIEL (Society of Nurse Scientists, Innovators, Entrepreneurs and Leaders), a nonprofit organization that earned United Nations affiliate member status within its first year.

A serial entrepreneur, Love founded HireNurses.com in 2013. The company was acquired in 2018 by Ryalto Ltd., a United Kingdom-based company, where she served as managing director of U.S. markets. She later served as chief clinical officer of IntelyCare Inc. In 2023, she founded the Commission for Nurse Reimbursement, an organization dedicated to addressing the U.S. nursing crisis through a new economic model for nursing services reimbursement. In 2024, she became co-chair of the NursingIsSTEM Coalition.

Love serves on advisory boards for several digital health organizations. She has co-authored two books — *The Rebel Nurse Handbook* and *The Nurse’s Guide to Innovation* — and speaks internationally on nursing, entrepreneurship, and the future of care.
