Erica Zerante is vice president of business development and strategic partnerships at Pearl, a dental AI company that develops computer vision and machine learning software to improve how dentistry is practiced, documented, and operationalized. She leads partnership strategy and oversees go-to-market execution across the company’s partner ecosystem.

Her work sits at the intersection of clinical AI adoption and the business infrastructure required to support it—connecting diagnostic intelligence with the workflows, economics, and incentives that drive real-world implementation.

Before joining Pearl, Zerante spent nearly a decade at VOCO America, where she served as director of technology and led the launch of 3D printing solutions into the North American dental market.

With more than 19 years of experience in dental technology, Zerante brings a practitioner’s perspective on how clinical innovation reaches the chair—and where it can break down between a strong product and widespread adoption. She is based in Houston, Texas.
