Daniel J. Burke

Dan Burke joined PDS Health in 2011. Before joining the organization, he held senior management roles at global retail, manufacturing, and consumer products companies, with oversight of administration, strategy, legal, and human resources functions, as well as sales and new market-entry initiatives.

At PDS Health, Burke leads enterprise strategy and strategic payor relationships. He also serves as general counsel, overseeing the company’s legal, legislative affairs, and compliance functions.

Burke recently served on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (CDC-NACDD) Medical-Dental Integration Steering Committee. He is a past chair of the Epilepsy Foundation of Orange County and a former member of the National Opioid Task Force.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Burke has been recognized as one of California’s “Top 10 Innovative In-House Lawyers” by The Daily Journal and was named “General Counsel of the Year” by the Orange County Business Journal. He also received the Seven Seals Award from the U.S. Department of Defense for his leadership and support of National Guard and Reserve service members.
